What we collect

When you request a consultation through this site we collect your name, company, email address, the service you are interested in and your preferred date. If you email us, we also hold whatever you include in your message. We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information or candidate data through this site.

How we use it and our lawful basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold the consultation, and follow up about the services you asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you are asking us to quote or start work, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is handled by the providers we use to host this website and to run our email and calendar, who act on our instructions. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

If you become a client, we keep your details for the length of our working relationship and for as long afterwards as we need to for legal, tax and accounting purposes. If you do not, we delete your enquiry within 12 months of our last contact with you.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if the way we use personal data changes, and change the date at the top.
